### Raise an Action or Defect

The ability to raise an action or defect against anything you want. Take a photo and make a note.

Once a defect has been completed close it out on the system. Review existing defects.

- How much all the defects are estimated?
- When was a defect raised?
- Who raised the action?
- How is a defect deteriorating?
